The official studio synopsis for “Creed” has been released, which seems to confirm what many fans have been fearing – that Rocky may be suffering from disease in the new film.
The studio’s notes read:
Rumors began to surface of this possible plot twist back in January when Sylvester Stallone Tweeted a snapshot of his desk (click here to see the photo) which prominently displays one of the final pages of the “Creed” screenplay in the center of the photo. The readable portions of the page (scroll down to read this excerpt of the script if you’d like) reveal details about Rocky’s character which, when paired with this photo of Stallone in what appears to be dramatically pale makeup taken during the filming in February, make for an upsetting finish … depending on how the story is written. It ain’t over till it’s over.
