A local ABC affiliate in Philadelphia got a look inside one of the new sets dressed for “Creed” – Front Street Gym, a real life boxing gym that’s been fighting strong in the neighborhood since the 1950’s. Gym owner Frank Kubach allowed television cameras a glimpse inside the place which has been dressed by the production crew with glossy photos on the walls, several of which feature Rocky’s last nemesis, Maxon “The Line” Dixon, played by Antonio Tarver.
“Rocky brought something back to the fight game, but we’re really losin’ the fight game now,” Kubach says.
