Adrian & Paulie’s House

Seen in: Rocky, Rocky V

“Close the door, you’re lettin’ all the heat out.”

This unassuming neighborhood features the actual home which was used as the front for Adrian and Paulie’s house and later as the home which the entire Balboa family shared in Rocky V. A recent report indicates that one major difference in the house’s exterior today is a new vinyl siding.

Robert Plazek’s Travel Tip: “As of 2009, this street is quiet and you could hear a pin drop. As with the location for Rocky’s apartment, we felt a little unwelcome by some onlookers. Be quick and respectful here. The house looks quite different today.”

Warning! Visiting fans, please be respectful – this is an actual residence.

Success of ‘Rocky’ Doesn’t Change Stallone

"I've got enough writing to keep me busy for the next six or seven years," Stallone concluded. "It's the decathlon of the arts - giving birth to a dozen characters. I think of it as blissful schizophrenia."

Sylvester Stallone: Writing His Own Ticket

In the land of opportunity, everyone loves a success story. And Rocky, voted Best Film in last month's Oscar ceremony, isn't just a story of a boxer who punches his way to the top.
